  • Hi chaps,
    Thanks for the podcast – I just wanted to let you know that your link to the road bike rider newsletter is pointing to the wrong place – the correct link is http://www.roadbikerider.com/newsletter.htm
    Cheers

    Interesting show. I thought some of the comment regarding drugs was a bit off, particularly Carlton saying that it can be perceived to have been a level playing field in the 90′s if we assume all top pro’s were taking some kind of performance enhancing products. Problem here is that it becomes a case of who can afford and/or get access to the best doctors.

    We’ve seen some of the figures supposedly handed over to doctors in Operacion Puerto, some of these amounts (in fact many) are sums which are above and beyond the annual salary of many pro’s.

    It can never be a level playing field if there is drugs free-for-all. Be good to get your thoughts back Carlton?

  • I’m concerned by two things;

    1) Nobody mentions Masi even once. Seriously- I’m offended.
    2) You guys still sounded great without me. That isn’t fair. Masiguy doesn’t like that one little bit… nope, not at all.
